Alan Branagh - Founder and Director.

Alan is an Executive and Performance Coach and for the last 7 years he has focused on Inner Game Coaching, Performance Coaching, LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® and Experiential Learning. His focus is on coaching executives, managers, teams and individuals to perform at higher levels and to achieve and surpass their goals and desires.

He has over 17 years international business experience in, Customer Services and IT, particularly in the High Tech, CRM and Internet start-up arenas. His roles included Director of IT & Operations and Senior Consultant in Customer Relationship Management and eCommerce.

He has studied Inner Game Coaching & Team Coaching (Working Together) with Timothy Gallwey & Valerio Pascotto of IGEOS, Performance Coaching with Sir John Whitmore of Performance Consultants, High Performance Management with Vic King and is a Certified Lego Serious Play Partner and Facilitator, Accredited in Emotional Intelligence Competence Inventory as well as a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is also studying for an MSc in Coaching and Development and is a member of the Institute of Directors and the International Coaching Federation.

Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but in the end Nobody did it. Somebody got very angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody would do it, but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when actually Nobody had asked Anybody to do it.
